Feeling bloated......

Hey guys, lets speak up about water retention. We all have had retained water which in turn made our skin and muscle feel bloated.This happens because we consume lots of sodium through salty and spicy (masala)foods. Our body holds the water through these foods. When we over the limit of sodium  our kidney gets the understanding that it has to retain this water. Hence it would not flush the water out of our body due to sodium overdose. Our body only requires 2500mg of sodium. But we intake more than required. We need to avoid all salty and fried foods. When we consume 1gm of carbohydrate our body retains 3gm of water. So do not overdose sodium consumption and also cut down on 50% consumption of carbohydrate. Drink ample of water at least 4 liters a day In my next post shall share how will fruits help us burn our fat. Bye for now. Stay healthy...Stay connected...
