Hey guys. lets talk about water and how it will help us to achieved our target. Drinking water is the best way to stay hydrate promotes weight loss as it is 0% calorie and abundant with minerals. Drinking water throughout the day can help keep us feeling full of consuming high calorie tea, coffees and snacks. Hence reduces the number of calories, helping us loose weight in return. Million Dollar question? how much to drink and when. Let us understand the timings and quantity of water consumption of the whole day. We should drink water 1/2Hr before and after every meal we eat throughout the day. We should drink approximately 3.5litres to 4 liters of water everyday. After we wake up 500ml on empty stomach,500ml between break fast and snack,500ml between snack and lunch,500ml between lunch and pre workout,750ml during workout (should be consume sip by sip),250ml between post workout and dinner& 250ml between dinner and before bed. We can consume almost 3.25litres to 3.50litres. In this way we need to schedule our consumption. My next post shall share how our body retains water making us feel bloated. Bye for now.
