Hey guys. lets burn fat today. In my last post we understood how we all have to gain fat everyday by consuming high carbohydrate. We need to reverse the cycle of spilled glycogen by burning it into energy. Day first meal first, second, fourth, and sixth should be with no carbohydrate and third and fifth should be with high carbohydrate. The same program continue for next two days. On the fourth day meal first to sixth of the day should consume low carbohydrate.In this way we cut the supply of carbohydrate. Earlier we were high on carbohydrate low on protein and high on fat. Now we are low on carbohydrate high on protein. Once we close the intake of carbohydrate our body will automatically start burning our fat. By daily workouts our muscle glycogen gets to deplete. lets work on our week plan, days like Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays should be low carbohydrate meals, Thursdays high, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays no carbohydrate meal. Now onwards with full determination, consistency and perseverance we shall maintain a health body. In my next post shall share how water helps to reduce weight. Bye for now.
