Hey guys, I am back. today shall share how we all store fat . Fat is nothing but stored energy. When ever we consumed carbohydrates like wheat ,brown rice ,potatoes ,oats, cereals etc. Our body coverts or breaks the food into glucose furthers through blood stream either we burn glucose into energy or gets store in glycogen.Lets call as glycogen tank. We can also call it as backup energy. So when we take our first meal of carbohydrates which breaks for glucose further when not burned to get stored in the glycogen tank. So meal by meal the glycogen tank keeps on filling. We are on high carbohydrate now. And this has happened just because we have consumed high carbohydrates the first day, second day, third day and so on. And one fine day the tank is full and starts spilling. Friends understand this very carefully glucose can be either burn through energy, stored as glycogen or stored as fat. Hence the fat cell keep on increasing day by day week by week and month by month. We usually see this fat spread all over our body. At the beginning our body fat might have been 12% but gradually it has increased from 15%, 18% and so on. This daily routine has made all of us fat more fat and more further.
I hope in my simplest language I tried to explain how we all have gained overweight on a period of time.In my next post share try to help everyone how to burn fat.
