Hey guys, today most of you including me are unfit and over or underweight. Got highly impressed by my elder brother who was overweight since 20 years. Now he has lost 14 kgs in period of one year. We all in the family are surprised by his transformation from fat to fit. He could make the miracle happen by being very conscious whatever he has been consuming with proper knowledge for the same. He says to stay fit and healthy, 80% is food and nutrition 20% is exercise. Got thoroughly inspired by him and the knowledge he gained in his journey. I am around 15 kgs overweight have started a new beginning join me let us together achieve our target of transforming oneself from fat to fit. Lets be open and share what problems we all are facing since so many years. Please do not keep any apprehension. We all have failed in the beginning but now shall share our experiences.
