Hey guys, Lets talk about the natural juicy fruit. Orange as a fruit only carries 85 calories making it  nutritional low density food because oranges are considered negative in calories less than that required for our body which in return helped us  burn fat. The fruit includes Vitamin B, Vitamin C  helps digestion eliminating toxins  and accumulated fats. Since the fruit had high amount of sugaring its decreases our crave for sugar and fatty foods. The fruit qualifies as anti stress , stroke prevention , lowers blood pressure, helps cancer prevention, bone health, age related conditions , healthy skin  and also mental  health as well.
