Hey guys, Since last month I have being drinking green tea daily, believe me I have started noticing the change in my body. I have started the journey of being healthy. Let me share the benefits of this super drink called green tea. We are always attracted or addicted towards tea and black coffee. Green tea carries several medicinal values, helps weight management, fighting diseases, energy boosting and reduce stress. The components found in such a small little tea bag can do wonder at our body and mind. Green tea helps us loose weight and lowers our risk of being obese. It boosts the metabolic rate and help burn extra pounds. By consuming regularly it significantly decreases body fat percentage, body weight, waist circumference and abdominal fat. In the case of diabetes it helps regulate glucose levels which rises blood sugar after eating. The tea helps in preventing heart diseases by working directly on blood vessels and prevents blood cloth which is primary causes of heart attacks.
