Pomegranate contains 83 calories which are absolutely free of cholesterol and saturated fats. Unlike apples pomegranate are low density fruit which helps in cutting down cholesterol in return help us loose body fat. The fruit helps satisfy our hunger and keeps us full preventing from consuming more calories.
Even though being so small the fruit is high in fiber, one of the most important tool to reduce weight. Being a low calorie food it supplies antioxidant, anthocyanin, tannins, dietary fiber and flavonoids which helps burn fat.it saves us from Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease; myocardial infarction, ADHD, cancer , heart failure and type 2 diabetes.
