Lets get started, nowadays we are busy with are daily schedule  and tend to skip our snacks. Today's  topic is very important. We always have a question in mind, what we need to consume when at school, college, work and traveling. Let us understand today how we can add healthy snack between hectic schedule of today. We have  these top 3 snacks that are beneficial to our health at School, Work and traveling. If we want to lose fat then, the snacks are very important. We can take an apple, banana, and orange. In nuts we can take  handful (almost 28 grams) of peanuts or almonds, cashews or walnuts totally raw. One serving of weigh protein and one protein bar. If one does not have weigh protein we can take zero protein x.

 All these foods are handy and can be easily mobile. Lets understand the combinations we can combine protein bar with orange, apple with cashews, peanuts with banana weigh protein. If we leave home by 9am taking breakfast, we can take the first snack by 11:30am and lunch by 1:30pm or by 2pm.After lunch the next snack can be taken. We can choose any snack as per our choice. One snack is backup for us if we skip our lunch. Understand guys our body does not know what is breakfast lunch or dinner. Our body only understands that it needs foods which are full of nutrients like protein, carbohydrate  and vitamins.  All these snacks  can be easily carried on the go. If we do not carry healthy food along with us, then our brain shall crave for unhealthy foods. Understand guys we need to control over our  body and brain. But now after consuming for the last 8 days,my thoughts has completely changed.I am felling much lighter then earlier. This grain food is a magical boon  for your healthy. Let me share them. Being a low calorie grain it  to slow digestion keeping us feeling full. Thus reducing our craving and helps shredded few pounds.If anyone wants to prevent heart disease,oatmeal contains special type of fiber know as glucan which helps lowering  the disease.Oatsbeing an antioxidant reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It prevents these diseases by relaxing blood vessels, aids heart muscle, and regulating blood pressure.It removes cholesterol  from your digestive system , that would other wise lead in your blood stream causing stroke and other heart related diseases. Many people face constipation oat meals are the best option for them, its rich source of fiber, both soluble and  insoluble which helps bowel movements and prevents constipation. People who are diabetic shall consume oat meal  regularly as it helps stabilizing blood sugar level in your body. The rich fiber and carbohydrates help slowing the conversion to whole food in simple sugar,and glucan delays the fall in blood sugar level before and after meal. The oat meal helps reduce the chances of cancer such as breast, prostate and ovarian cancer. Hence, both men and women can daily consume oat meal.Oats is the solution to people that face hypertension. It enhances our immune response to diseases with the help of beta glucan by traveling at the site of infection more quickly and also eliminates the bacteria when found. Daily consumption moisturizes and softens our skin by normalizing the pH level. How to prepare the meal. I take around half a cup ( 40 -50 grams)of oats and add half cup of water to it ,mix them and store it overnight, in an air pack container. Eat as first meal of the day. You can add nuts, fruits, egg whites for taste if required. kindly do not go for any flavored oats like masala  and others, they would have sugar and sodium added to it which shall not help us achieve your goal. Fat i will burn you...

Hey guys, Let us share  same insights on how we can eat fat to burn fat. let me tell you fat is an essential nutrient which our body does not produce by itself. This fat nutrient is very necessary to keep our body and brain healthy. We all have heard about essential fatty acids(EFA) which our body does not produce. So we need to consume it by eating fat foods. Eat good fat to burn bad fat. Such as Fish oil, Almonds, peanuts, Cashews, almond butter or peanut butter and olive oil
. These are the six important fat nutrients. All these had healthy source of fat. Fat contains omega 3,omega 6,omega 9 and mono and poly unsaturated fats which are very healthy for  your heart and brain. Your brain has 60% fat. People who have weak brain, memory and are unable to concentrate, these people are missing required fats. Almonds have a lot of fiber,protein and magnesium which are very helpful to calm our brain and get a relaxed sleep. One of the best oil is olive oil. Peanut butter or almond butter should be natural. Along with others nuts we can also eat walnuts which are also full of fat nutrients. All the nuts have to be consumed raw, kindly avoid fried, or salted. People who are vegetarians they as can go for supplements as Flax seeds oil apart from fish oil.Fish oil has good cholesterol which  helps to keep your heart healthy. We require only 20% of fat in a day as recommended by FDA(food and drug administration). More consumption of fat will increase chlorine intake which leads to gain weight. One should take one spoon of olive oil, 2 spoons of peanut butter, handful of nuts to satisfy 20 %. Handful of nuts will have 22-24 pieces, base on there palm size. Two spoons of peanut butter, if not eating with whole egg, and one spoon without it. In your snack meal we can pick any one type of nut among the mention above. At dinner if one eating fish then no need of fish oil. Understand these guys bad fats will make us bad and unhealthy. Which may lead to heart  problems and many more. " Good fat means good cholesterol and bad means bad cholesterol". Let  not be on medication 10 years from  now just because of bad fat intake. Your stomach is not your waste basket...


Hey guys, Let me share the top 3 worst Indian foods that needs to be curtailed hence forth in your diet.In India  we have these foods on a daily basis and are always stored for guests or personal consumption. I am not asking you guys to totally stop eating them but need to lower down the intake. All these foods are of very importance of Indian festivals, marriages, family or social events and so on. The intake of these worst foods  hampers our body in a very drastic way.

The first one in Indian sweets as laddoos, pedas, barfi, jalebi etc. we stock these sweeties in our fridge and eat them as snacks, when ever we feel like. These carry zero nutritional value added to this food. These are simple sugar which is deep fried in local or cheap oils. Nobody are aware the same oils are used for many days Consuming these sugars packed food later on causes diseases. They shall only make us diabetic and nothing else. Basically we are eating cholesterol. They do not contain any protein, vitamins, or omega. Kindly understand these guys, whatever we eat today down the line it shall take a toll on our health.

The second is fried foods like pakodas, samosas,bhajiyas, tikki, etc. These foods do not carry sugar but are high on carbohydrates. The ingredient that is used in these foods are white flour(maida) with potatoes and others. The process of making them are as same Indian sweet.  Consuming these foods increases mass, bacteria, flue and other  decreases . As they are high on salt. So there is high risk of sodium and cholesterol which leads to blood pressure and hypertension. to be .These carry very poor nutritional value avoid them or eat in moderate.

The last is Namkeen (salted foods).We buy these products for guest as guest doesn't turn up everyday, we start consuming them on a daily basis,which  indeed is bad for our health. When purchased for others its fine, but for yourself its a bad investment.These kind of investment will later on cause heart cloths, diabetes,thyroid and many other severe diseases.We need to consciously introspect, that after consuming these kinds of food does it  really help us, or it is slowly and gradually damaging our body When we invest in bad things the result will also rip the same.We need to avoid them, as we are serious about our goods of self transformation from fat to fit. Small tip,if any one wants to enjoy these foods in any event, what we can do is cut down carbohydrates  into 50% just two days prior to the event and enjoy them on the big day but still in moderate. Following this, we create space in the stomach. The future is in our hands nobody van be blames for our bad health. In my next post shall share  how burn fat by eating fat.Bye for now

Hey guys, let's understand copper. in my childhood my grandparents use to store water in pots copperovernight and would let us drink saying it would nourish your body and mind. Frankly speaking I would never take it seriously then but understood its importance now, as the whole world are researching on Indian Ayurveda and the medicinal benefits of human body and mind. Copper being an essential mineral for our body. As per Ayurveda the Vedic science ,storing water overnighted and drinking it first thing in the morning helps maintain healthy mind and body. The  metal has an electromagnetic energy know as' Pran Shakti'.. Copper aids in weight loss by finely tuning our digestive system and help us to break down  with our body fat. You're my main squeeze...

 Hey guys, lets detox with lemon today. In India we have drunk lemon water since our childhood days. Why we should detox our body? In our daily life  lots of toxins enter our body trough pollution, fried food, alcohol, smoke, dust and  face and body make ups. We need to detox those which our harmful for our health in the long run. The first thing once we get up from bed in the morning after brush should take half glass of Luke warm water and lemon. Slice the lemon into two, squeeze the half into water and keep it for 2-3 minutes then to drink it. This is done so that Vitamin C and citrus gets mixed in water. Please do not add any thing like salt or sugar to the drink. These may play as hindrances to achieving our goal of transforming from fat to fit. As we know lemons are rich in vitamin C and citrus this helps strengthening and boosting our immune system, and completely detox's our body. As our body looses Vitamin C every day this is the best way to replenishing it. People who suffer from sour throats, cold cough problems can add  few drops of honey into the drink.
